1 CUP/2 CUP indicators are flashing simultaneously Unable to brew coffee,How to slove that problems?

After frothing milk ,turning off the steam button, 1 CUP/2 CUP indicators are flashing simultaneously,can not brew coffee,that indicates over-temperature protection is triggered.

PLEASE turn the knob on the side of the machine to the WATER position to let the hot water come out for 10-15 seconds, and then return the knob to the OFF position. When the boiler is cooled down, you can brew the coffee again.

PLEASE do not brew coffee immediately after frothing milk.

1. Press and hold the 1/2 CUP button for 3 seconds. Then hear a beep. Press the 1/2 CUP button again. The coffee will start to dispense.2. When the desired amount is reached, press the 1/2 CUP button. You are done with the volume setting for a 1/2 cup.

Reset the default volumes: Simultaneously press and hold the 1 CUP and 2 CUP buttons for 3 seconds to restore to default dispensing amounts.

Use steam function How to froth the milk?

1, Turn on the machine and press the steam button. 2, The button flashes and the machine is warming up.

3, The button stops flashing and the steam is successfully preheated. 4, Immerse the steam wand about 1 inch into the milk.

5, Rotate the control knob to the “ON” position. 6, The frother makes a hissing sound, which is normal. 7, The milk foam is ready.please refer to the video operation.

Unclog the steam wand How to cleaning milk stains in steam wand?

1,After the machine has cooled, remove the nozzle. 2, Remove the cleaning needle from the back of the tamper. 3, Insert the cleaning needle into the nozzle to unclog it. 4, Clean the nozzle under running water. 5, Install the cleaned nozzle onto the steam wand. 6, You can now use the steam wand to froth milk normally.please refer to the video operation.

Press 1/2cup button How to make espresso coffee?

1. press the ON/OFF button, the machine start to pre-heat, when 1/2 CUP button indicator light stop flashing, ensure the machine side steam knob switch in the “off” position.

2. Place the cup under the filter holder, press the 1/2 CUP button to preheat the cup first.

3. Load the filter with the ground coffee 1/2 CUP filter into the filter, then load the filter into the coffee machine holder and press the single or double button,please refer to the video operation.

How to customize coffee brewing capacity?

Press and hold the single/double button for 3 seconds to start brewing, then press it again once the desired volume is reached (within 15-70 seconds) to set the new single cup volume.

How to preheat？

Press the Power button to turn on the machine. The Single and Double Shot buttons will flash, and the machine will start preheating. Once preheating is complete, all buttons except the Steam button will stay lit.

How to get the ideal pressure?

If the pressure is too low, please use finer coffee grounds, add more coffee grounds in the filter or increase the tamping pressure to try. If the pressure is too high, please reduce the amount of coffee grounds or reduce the tamping pressure to try.

Is there any tips for making milk foam?

1.Use cold whole milk. 2.Please don’t insert the steam wand deep into the milk. To achieve the best frothing result, insert the steam wand in the milk, just blew the surface. 3.Please keep the steam wand at a 30-60° angle to the surface of the milk

What if no steam is produced?

Wait for the machine to warm up to the max temp.If the temperature is insufficient to generate steam, the steam button will start flashing. Once preheating is complete and the button lights up, the steam wand can be used.
